By accessing and using the information and/or materials downloaded from the websites, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) and the specific terms or notices of Champs contained in the respective Champs’ websites you are accessing, which may be updated and amended from time to time at Champs’ sole discretion. All changes will be posted on the websites, and your use of the websites after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use. You should therefore read the Terms of Use carefully each time you visit the websites.
In the event of any inconsistency in the Terms of Use, and any specific terms or notices of Champs contained in any other of Champs’ websites, the specific terms or notices contained therein shall prevail.
Use of Copyrighted Content

Governing Law
The websites (excluding third-party linked sites) are operated by Champs from its offices within Singapore and elsewhere around the world. It can be accessed from all countries around the world where the technology permits. However, by accessing these websites, you agree that all access and use of the websites and the Content, and the Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Specific Terms and Conditions for Use of Statistical or other Publications downloaded
Champs and any of its employees, servants or agents shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person, body or organisation as a result of any error or omission in the data, information, materials or documentation provided in the statistical or other publications on the websites, whether or not such loss was suffered as a result of reliance on such data, information, materials or documentation.
The data, information, materials or documentation from the Champs’ statistical or other publications are provided solely for your own non-commercial use only.
You shall not give, re-sell, redistribute, retransmit or transfer any data, information, materials or documentation from the websites in any form to any other person, body or organisation. You shall also not adapt, alter, modify, edit or otherwise affect the integrity of the data, information, materials or documentation from the websites in any form and by any means. We welcome feedback, comments and reviews of Champs’ products and suggestions for improvements to the Services (“Reviews”). Reviews are submitted voluntarily, and published for informational purposes.

You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the Review for any purpose.
Champs reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on champsindustrial.com.sg are in Singapore Dollars.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Additional exchange rate costs and fees may apply as charged by your credit card issuer. Champs will not be liable for costs associated with bank fees and exchange rates.
Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Champs reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions to any promotions and discount codes without prior notice.
Customs and import tax
As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do check with your customs and import authority for more details.
If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you and you will not receive the full amount you paid for the order. Please also note that any refunds will be made in store credits to your membership account.
No reseller/distributor activity
Products purchased on our sites and samples made available by Champs may not be resold. All distributor agreements must be negotiated with a Champs representative directly. Suspected violation of our terms and conditions may result in cancellation, reduced quantity with or without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
While Champs has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the information contained in the websites have been obtained from reliable sources, Champs provides the Content and information on the websites on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champs does not warrant and hereby disclaims any and all warranties and implied warranties including those as to accuracy, correctness, reliability, timeliness, non-infringement, title, merchantability, quality, and fitness for any particular purpose of the Content.
